After some months of research, Stop The Violence finally found a Mobile Unit to carry out its activities in safety.
During Covid emergency, travelling by mini buses has become very difficult and it is strongly discouraged.
With the Mobile Unit, beneficiaries and operators can move safely, away from infection.
Thanks to the new vehicle, women and children victims of gender based violence will be accompanied to the hospital, to the police stations, to the social services departments and in protected communities.
Moreover, the coach will allow STV team to move around the area to promote workshops and raising awareness activities to prevent gender based violence.
